Received this text stating the following from this unknown number :  Hi NAME call me. Checked your accounts yet? It's the biggest wipeout in market history. Call me for an account update at 855-230-0172 or text STOP to end

I got the same text 4 Hours ago! I am not going to call him back. Very positive it's a scam!

Received 2 calls from above ph#. Just wanted me to call them to avoid  loss of investments. No name of their company. Sounds like a scam!

I received the same text and I'm on the National Do Not call list

I received the same thing looks like it's coming from American Hartford Gold. I don't think is a scam just a pushy sales guy!

Still it is a violation of the law if they are contacting DNC registered phones.

I received the same text. I believe they are precious metal dealers.

I got a text From 65532 with the number in it. Haven’t called but hesitate not too since i received a text from 8336537204 Jan 19, 2022 “ WARNING: Bank insiders predict major stock market crash. Your accounts may be at risk. CALL: 866=301-0526 or txt STOP to end.” And I didn’t pay no mind and of course stocks dropped $30,000 since then. Things that make you go hmmmmmm......damn!

I have received two texts from this number. the texts were unsolicited by me. It's a scam.

Forward unwanted spam/scam texts to 7726 (SPAM) and let your phone service provider deal with them.
That number was set up by the phone companies to combat spam texts and they can shutdown offending phone numbers.
Never reply with "STOP", scammers will not honor the request (they have no honor to begin with) and it only verifies that they have texted to a valid number and a person who reads their texts.  It will not STOP the texts and may actually make them more frequent.
Never click on a link in such a text as it may cause malware to be inserted on your phone, and even if it does not, just as with replying "STOP" the scammers will know they reached a valid number.
Do not repost any links included in the text message to sites such as this one.

Have no idea who it is or why I'm getting these calls. Figure they are scammers.
