This was a threatening phone call saying I am in default on some account which he did not say what account or company it is. He threatened to verify my place of employment and physical address. He wanted me to call back to arrange another location. When I called back to find out what it was about, a woman named Kimberly came on the line and asked how she could help me then I was immediately put on hold. I believe this is a scam!

This number has called me 3 times today, not left any messages. So do not know who it is.

This number called 3x's Left message stating they need another location as failed attempts of delivery of a fax?
Definitely a scam seems typical for this time of season!

Recieved 3 calls from this number - they were looking for someone with the same last name. I returned the calls and got an actual person (a different person each time) who claimed that my number had been given as a "reference".  A blatant lie. I requested that my number be removed from their system.  The first person said "I'll let the judge know you're unwilling to comply"  A weak scare tactic.  Found out that the automated system would keep calling that work day, but the next day and onwards I would be off their call list.

Just call back, don't answer their questions, and tell them you want your number removed from their system.
