Fraud company poses as computer tech support based in India.Took my money without fixing my computer.They ask for money and credit card details without even fixing anything, then refuses to refund money.

Called as an apple support. It was fake.

this people that call from this number are from india and are a bunch off crooks, they do not work for Dell or anybody else they are crooks that need to be thrown in jail. if your get a call from this people report them to the FBI.

What exactly do you expect the FBI to do about it?  They have no jurisdiction in India.

If you somehow are unfortunate enough to get connected with a supposed "support" company at this number, do not work with them in any way, shape or form.  They are fraudulent, they will take your money and they will not do anything to fix your computer.  They will try to sell you something you don't actually need, and then they will not even put it on your computer.  I gave them $300 to add a Windows 10 program to my computer, they got on it twice for hours, and never did anything.  The last time I tried to call them, they would not even take my call.  RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Yep got scammed.
