i received a call from this number and missed the call. They left a voicemail saying there was fraudulent activity connected to my social security number and they were about to take legal action. They, also, told me not to disregard the message and to please call back before they proceed with legal action. I reported it to my local sheriff's office and the officer informed that it is a new scam. The Social Security Administration will NEVER call you, they will use the USPS to communicate with you.

VM left:  "Hello, this is Officer Michael Henry (pronounced overseas accent) calling you (not personally address to a proper name) from the Department of Social Security Administration (the SSA is a government Agency - not a department of anything).  The reason you have received a phone call (as others pointed out, they'll never call) from our department is to inform you that there's legal enforcement actions (grammatically incorrect: there is actions?) have been filed (grammar: either "legal enforcement actions have been filed" or "there are legal enforcement actions filed") on your social security number (an action was filed on my SSN, not against me) for fraudulent activities (unspecified).  So when you get this message (never would a government statement begin with "So when") speak to our officer or kindly (USG? "kindly"?) call us back (well, make up your mind - speak to your officer, or call you back?) on our hot line number is ("is"?  again grammatically stupid) 855-230-2152.  I repeat (when have you ever known the government to be so concerned about you that they would be sure you had the right number) it's 855-230-2152.  Don't disregard this message and do return the call before we begin with the legal proceeding against you.  Thank you.  (Really, "thank you" from the USG?).
    I. don't. think. so.
