They Left a message for Rudolf which doesn’t even live at this address on a claim being filed in county. When I called them back they’re mailbox was full .

Scam, certainly.  Google search lists two different retail businesses for this number, neither is any sort of legal office.  No company identification, just vague statements filled with legal-sounding phrases, supposedly regarding some “claim” and “recording” about someone I am sure they know does not reside with me.  Total BS.  Don’t answer.

Well, what did this caller tell you? You did receive a call from this number, right? I mean, why else would you look up the phone number?
