received a voicemail from this number stating that they needed my address or work address to send certified documents. Her name was Leah Baylor with TriStar. Scam?

This said it was a potential spam on my iPhone. I have no other info.

This is some foreigner doing a debt collection scam. Do not answer and report it to the FTC and Feds

This is absolutely a scam. When I called the number back (knowing it was a scam) the woman who answered the call at first said something I could not understand. When I asked "who is this" she said "processing how can I direct your call", first screw up. So, I asked "processing for who?" She said Tri Star Litigation. I responded "TriStar Litigation? Where are you located?" She hung up. I called back (they obviously have caller ID) and she put me on perpetual hold, never came back to answer. Not even good scammers.

Total scam. They claim to be TriStar Litigation, a law firm...threatening to sue you, doesn't call you. They would already have your home and work address because they have access to databases that provide that to them. They would also hire a process server and you would simply be served (AFTER they had attempted many many times to contact you via snail mail.) They would never call you and would never email you.  FYI, when I called them back...and simply asked who they were and where they were located, I was hung up on. They have stolen the name TriStar from a legal firm that does exist and who is trying to prosecute them.

They said to avoid a legal issue , but  there was something wrong they said my last payment was on 2013 and on that date I was in bankruptcy since 2010. They even have my SS # that’s scary
