LOL. None of them do that. But scammers like you like to try to convince your victims this happens all the time, it's part of your extortion scheme. it doesn't work on this site, in fact it's just the opposite ... your all caps lies just confirm that you are a filthy SCAM.

It's not a process serving company: No process server calls you up in advance to let you know they're coming! They'd never get any summons served that way! This is most likely a scammer or group of scammers attempting fraud by pretending to be a process server. The usual trick is to frighten/intimidate people into paying up money they don't really owe. Usually through Western Union or some sort of money card so there's no way to track the recipient (crook) or get a refund.

Is it really a process serving company? No matter what time of day or night I call the number the same guy answers? I want to make sure I'm not throwing money away

I've gotten a call from them at work, parents houses, and on a 4 of my cell lines. All had voicemail saying "He has documentation being sent through the clerks office and If I have any questions as to the particulars of the documentation being issued I highly recommend you call 855-231-1721 reference ####, If I don't call back this means my address and place of employment have been verified and information will be issued". I do owe several creditors but I do not have a lawsuit pending. Sounds like collections.

They called parents cell number. Threatened my mother with a subpoena to be served in the morning.  

My father referred them to his attorney.

This has scam written all over items.

They are an illegal collection agency violation fdcpa using scare tactics to collect on out of stat debt which is purchased pennies on the dollar. Do not pay them... Ask for validation of debt and pull a credit report to validate it's still in stat or call the original creditor and get dates... While your on the phone with the creditor see about reporting a debt purchaser for mal practice representing the banks with lawsuits and falsifying information....Report them to the federal trade commission and BBB for violation fdcpa. They try to collect on more than what the debt really is ...

I 100% agree with you!!  If they say they are a legal firm ask for the attorney's name and bar # they don't have [***]. Or tell them you want to go down there to work things out 😜 they will be evasive😎

it's all a SCAM. THey never deliver anything to you. They just threaten and harass you. Contact a lawyer and report the scumbags.
