Called twice today

This number has called me 5 days in a row during the work day and I've missed the call each time.  When I call it back I get "this call is not in service," then a few secs pause and another message "this call may be recorded by google for quality purposes."
After that all you hear is never-ending silence on the line. Has to be some kind of scammer.

This is the 19th time this number called but leaves no message.

This phone number keeps calling me. Sometimes no one is on the line and the call ends. One time someone tried to sell me Garcinia something or other and said I had expressed an interest, which I had not. I asked them to remove my name and number and yet they still call.

This number is the number that dials for you when calling from a GOOGLE PHONE number or if you have a GOOGLE PHONE number - these people some how have gotten a hold of your Google phone number. if you go on line to your Google Phone account, you can retrieve your voice mail from there - for me it was Esurance calling my Google number to try to sell me life insurance
