Doesn't matter.  These mother f**kers keep calling from different numbers anyway.  I get calls from them every week.

Infuriating. I'm on the do not call list. I've called them 3 times and told them not to call all to no avail they keep calling. How do I report them to the gov agency?  I need to do that now

They call everyday and all it is is a recording. Don't know how to have my number removed.

FYI I found out how they called. If at any time you or the person that may have had your phone numbe before you did called the credit repair group. It keeps your phone number and calls. Thebway they look at it is thisbway. More then half the people in the US that has bad bad credit has a wish to clear it up fast. And those type of people are deaperate to better his or her life and they do not have the means to stop or file a law suite to stop the calls. You can call and list your number with the Do Not Call Registry every day. It will not stop them it only works for solicitation businesses. If you call the Credit Repair Group before because of their commercial then you have to call them to be removed.  Then that is not a guarantee that these false advertising [***] will stop. They pray on good hard working people who just want tovmake their lives better. Anyone can get negative reports removed from his or her reports by them self if they do it themselves.  Good luck people.

(855)-241-4474 several times a week, my problem is everytime they call, they lock my phone, can't get fon calls, from my work, I on call 24 hrs a day, and my son has poulsy slow learning process and I has to be 100% with him, I have a couple emergency call  from the school were he go, the very first one he falls and he twist ankle, and the people from the school can't get a hold of me because this number(855)-241-4474 block my cell phone, were about if for some reason my son dies, that's besides to get fire in my job, because this number, I wish the personnel from this number, to be a little conscient to what they doing. A person can die.... because their bussinnes. Thank You Very Much.

I've been put on their do-not-call list 3 times... they have not stopped calling-almost every day more than once!   And they keep playing a Black Friday special message it's summertime.  Insane... They should be sued.

how do I report this company

Got a call from 855-241-4474 this morning.  My phone ID'ed as "Toll Free Caller".  I do not answer these calls.  Surprised that this one left a message!  "Colleen" talked rapidly and said something like "we missed a call from this number yesterday......" Needless to say, I know that no one here called that number yesterday, or any other day in the 8+ years we've had our home phone number!

They call several times a week. I have blocked them on my phone so I just get voicemail messages; however, I requested to be removed from their call list Four (4) times.
When I call, I get (rudely) transferred to a recording stating that my number is being removed, yet starting a few days later I start getting calls again and again.
I wait 1 - 2 weeks between calls to them in hopes of being removed by the autocall system.

go to www.optoutprescreen.com and fill out the information. Also you can call the number back and request to be removed - it takes about 72 hours so dont call back in or you automatically end up back on the call list.

I've contacted this group multiple times to have my number taken off of the list. They either hang up on me or "transfer" me to another department, which takes you to another recording. I've also put my number on the Do Not Call registry, but it hasn't taken effect yet. This is getting a little ridiculous and very annoying!

I went to this link and sent my information, hopefully they will start a class action lawsuit against this company that keeps calling my phone. Maybe if enough of us complain it will help.
