Received a call from another # with an automated message saying they have made several attempts to reach me and to call this # back.

This number calls and leaves a vm saying that they've made several attempts to contact me and leaves a reference # and says to call back. Once I call back they say I owe them money and I asked for details in writing to be mailed to a P.O. Box # address but they never mail anything and continue to call once in awhile. (609) 537-1512 also calls and leaves the same vm but says to call (855)241-8741.

Keep getting calls from this number, stating a file number and we have made several attempts to contact you . You must call us back before we file charges against you.  This call is being recorded.
I am sure this is a fraud. They didn't even ask for a specific person.

Keeps calling, this is current, March 2015. Says "A legal matter has been filed against you and need your statement and location to serve".

This is a scam, don't be intimidated. If I listed all of the scam numbers like this that has called me, I wouldn't have enough room.
