they said that the I have court paper

I received calls from this company threatening me for a debt that I do not owe. Two different names were given on separate calls and it was the same person calling. Beware this is a scam!!

Most likely debt collection scam.  Someone is trying to scare money out of you.
Ignore and block these calls. If you were the subject of a pending civil lawsuit, you'd have received a letter from the attorney for the other party.  You'd have a paper trail.

Then, if a case was filed, you'd have received a summons delivered to you by someone licensed to serve process in your locality.  You would NOT have first heard about any civil law case from some scammery-scummery debt collector who cold calls you and starts demanding money.

You can check this out yourself by simply going down to the local main civil court and checking the defendants civil list.  The court clerks are usually glad to help and are familiar with these kinds of scams.

This jerk called me two times in a row telling me he had sealed documents that he was going to expose if I didn't call him back. Very threatening message. BLOCKED HIM

Scam call.   If my spouse didn't contact  company, they would release documents from NCR(unknown company)

IF there were actual documents coming, you would not be warned. Think scare tactic - scam.  The 855 area code is loaded with calls like this.
