How could you have a judgement against you?  Were you served and didn't show up to court?  Did you show up and lose the case?  If you were never served properly then the judgement is not valid, but you will need to contest it in court.  Now there are three excellent posts in this thread.  You need to read them.  The person you are replying to was here roughly 7 months ago and has not been back since, nor do I feel they have the expertise to help you.  So read the other posts and then if you have questions, ask them and someone here will help you.

Are you required to answer the phone in any way? If you're able to, completely miss unknown calls and let the phone ring. Doesn't matter who's calling, no kind of answer, nothing but discouragement and eventually giving up awaiting the caller.
