I received a message from this number several times after allowing it to go straight to voicemail. Figuring it was a scam I called them back and played along as they gave me instructions for setting up a direct connect service from my computer to theirs..after getting all the information down and repeating it to them about the website, they asked me what it said and I told them it said, “warning you are about to be scammed” to which they replied some vulgarities about what they did to my wife and mother last night then hung up on me.

I love this suggestion,,,i may just call them back to get a laugh out of it

Tells you Apple has free money for you.  I don't own Apple.  Total SCAM.  DO NOT ANSWER!!!!

Called saying Microsoft license had expired. Told me I could get a refund just let them get in my computer. I told them that's not going to happen just send me a check. Immediately he hung up.

As of today, 3/30/2018, I have received over 10+ calls per day for the last week. Same asinine message about refunds for windows. The caller doesn't acknowledge you IF I answer.

99% of unknown, unsolicited phone calls are from scammers.
The telephone company accomodate this behaviour, so live with it !

This number call at my personal phone 3 times at least daily, requesting for me to call them back, same message at all the time. I do believed is Scam.

They are offering 199$ refund bc their company moved from US to UK. I have not bought a computer for over 5 years and have never paid for tech support. This has to be a gimmick. They want me to sign in to my computer to "get the refund form." Not happening.

Scam!  Calling me for 3 months. They changed their number twice at least with same message. They fill my voice mail regularly. Annoying! Please make them stop!!

Received a call from 855.254.5111 - did not answer, they left a message. It said to claim your money from windows and apple support.

SCAMMERS want me to call them back at this number and claim my refund from my windows or mac computer.  Says they are going out of business but never give a company name.  SCAM!!!!

calls several times a day about refunding money....if you don't answer they leave voice mails.  Have been calling for over 4 months and asked them to stop calling  then they call back under a different toll free number.  They want you to let them in your computer.  Am reporting to FTC

Same story .. They called me and left a message asking that I call them back because I have a refund from Windows and Apple support that has been terminated. When I called back a guy with an Indian accent answered the phone. He asked me to open Google Chrome on my computer and dictated a website URL (www.supremocontrol.com) that took me to a website called "Supremo." After some reading of the website I realized that the guy wants to get control of my PC. Then, I argued with him to find out what is going on, after which he referred me to his manager. I told the manager that I would never give him control of my PC and if I really have a refund they should send me a check. The manager then HANGED UP. OBVIOUSLY IT IS A SCAM. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS NUMBER: 855-254-5111.

They called my DO-NOT-CALL number, got the answering machine, and left a message suggesting they are getting out of the Microsoft and Apple service scam business with a "refund" scam as a going away present. Since I did not fall for the original scam, they don't owe me any money, so I won't fall for the "refund" scam either.  Everyone be careful here!

Called 5 days and said I had prizes to claim. I called to claim my prize of $120 for being a loyal apple customer. They said my bank account would be credited in a few days, but $126.55 was charged to my account instead. Scammers

Recorded message saying the company is going out of business and I am due a refund.
I have bought apples and windows before - at the apples and broke some windows.
Pretty sure I can't get a refund.

They want to refund me the money I paid them :)

855-254-5111  Bot calling twice this a.m., company shut down and they want to refund my money. LOL! They can call all day I will never answer.  Definitely a scam job.

Called saying from Windows and refunding a service I had paid for and requested name, address, and info to refund including bank numbers.  I hung up and they had taken over my computer and completely closed it down.

Called and left message regarding refund of money regarding Apple. Scam. Just blocked the number.
