I didn't answer so they left a message. They have called before from different numbers with the same recording.

DO NOT ANSWER;  HANG UP & BLOCK IF YOU CAN.  Toll Free Call;  I didn't get past the computerized voice that sounds like something out of the early 1990's;  SCAM!

caller ID "Not Provided".. I did not answer.. but  message they left was.. "this is a refund call.. company shutting down,  (something about windows and Apple) that s why we are refunding your money you paid to us.  Please call 1-855-254-5111..    I blocked that number, but guessing they will just "spring up" under another #.  Soooo frustrating!

Same number called today for n-th time saying they want to refund my money.

Call back to claim your money from apple and lender support.  Yes and the moon is made of moldy cheese !!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Toll free # which means the dumb @ss phone company allowed this POS to open an acct knowing very well this is a scammer but what the heck do they care when they can receive a monthly payment ???????????  We are paying $190 to AT&T and we have to screen our calls.  What a country where scammers have more rights than business owners and the inept, incompetent, morons in the Congress still on their @ss and do nothing while working 1 1/2 days a week and collecting weekly pay checks on our dime.

They just called me from this number so I guess they found a new carrier!

Obvious scam... must think we are all stupid! called with robot voice saying my tech firm had shut down and owed me money so call back immediatly...!!!

Called 4 times in 5 minutes claiming that because Windows/Apple was shutting down, we were owed money.

If they have all THIS MONEY TO REFUND, why don't they just send it to all the phone numbers they call on a daily basis?  Are they successful in their scam that makes them so persistent?  Got same message on landline AND cellphone.

Obviously they are or they would not continue with it.

I just got this message a few minutes ago and it hasn't been first time.

I've been getting these calls ...saying I'm due a refund ...I knew it was a scam..Ive even tried Blocking the number but they get around it

Fact:

• ANYONE who calls you and says your computer called/contacted them is a SCAMMER.
• Windows Operating System licenses do not expire.
• ANY Tech Support Warning pop-ups you get while accessing the internet asking you to call a number or visit a website, is from a SCAMMER.
• Web Browsers DO NOT have the ability to determine and warn you your computer has an error. They can only warn you about a potential malicious website. A Browser is software that allows you to surf the Internet, not diagnose a computer or phone.
• ANY Tech Support company that insists you need their services because of some error, outdated software or tries to convince you that you need to allow them remote access is a SCAMMER.
• Nobody could possibly know if your computer or devices have an issue unless you tell them or gave them access.
• Tech Support companies DO NOT call to give out refunds because they are "going out of business". In fact NO company gives refunds when going out of business unless they did not provide you with what you paid for.
• Companies DO NOT call to inform you that your subscription will be charged if you don't call back, only SCAMMERS do that. If you have a subscription with someone, they automatically charge you until you cancel it.
