This number came on a letter purported from Neighbors Credit Union to contact them about a data breach.

Call back gets, "Thank you for calling the Neighbors Credit Union Incidence Response Line."  It went on to say it was after hours (it's Sunday) and gave office times. It's not the sort of thing to be ignored but to play it safe, call the number on your card or the published number on the website and ask to be transfered to this department or number. I don't know what State you are in but the MA government website has a copy of such a letter on this website. There was a data breach and this may be what the letter and call are about.
