Left a message stating that My son would be served. Don't know how they got my number. I believe this is a scam.

Called saying Mr (first name last name) was being served. That someone was filing a personal lawsuit against him. Except the name they were looking for is not a mr!! It's my mother in law... said was calling from the law firm of stienburg and Russo and even gave a case number. Did more digging and this in fact is a scam. No such firm. Multiple reports of same made up firm with similar claims.

They said I was being served, but I wasn't.

It is a complete scam.

Said I was being served for a 1200 dollar vet Bill back in 2005. I never lived at the place they said I did. They had my full name and social security number! This Is a scam.
