called saying i owe debt that i dont. if i settle with this amount right now it wont go to court otherwise they will continue with proceeding. from a debt in 2006.. that wasnt turned over till 2012 or 2014.. now 2020... told them id see them in court lol.

Don’t call them back! It is a scam to get info from you. It is a fake debt collector trying to get you to give them money. Report and block

Received a recorded message from 817-668-3046 Saying that I need to call 855-260-1570. It’s a scam.

Got a call, saying same thing. But it wasnt for the ss# they gave last for digits. It was for my son. They said he'd lose out money wise if he didnt contact them. A Diane Miller at ext 2018. We checked total SCAM

Same thing with me over and over. When I call the number back it hangs up on me!

They called from phone number (916)894-0959 and left the following voicemail:
“My name is Lisa Ferrell and I'm a case manager here at NTG litigations and there's an important legal documentation pending here for Brian. Please have Mr. Brian contact the pre-legal Department at 855-260-1570 as soon as possible. A decision will be made in his regards in the next 90 minutes. If we're not able to get in touch with him in regards to this matter at hand it may not be to his beneficial.”

I just got the same message.

Said I had a debt on CC I had to pay or go to court

The call was for my husband.  Said her name was Rebecca White and the was a package to be delivered for my husband's name. I didn't answer but it went to mu answering machine.  She left this number 855-260-1570 for my husband to call back.  The problem is that my husband has been dead for 7 years.

Got voicemail to call 855-260-1570 to confirm a delivery. I was expecting a refrigerated item to be delivered so I thought I'd better call. Turns out to be a scam debt collector for a name of person that wasn't even me. I asked who they were and was told NTG Litigation. These [***] bottom feeders need to just leave people alone!

Same here... How can we report them so they'll stop calling????
They have been leaving me message since last year, seems like 3 X a week if not more.
There has to be something we can do

I got the same call. Always different people calling. I did call them in my state they cannot collect on a Bad Debt after 6 yrs. Check you state to see what the law is. They are calling my job but I am the one that answers the phone. If anyone knows how to get them to stop calling let me know. I am looking into our phone company to block the call.
