- Angela| 1 replyI just got a message left on my phone today plus they are calling all of my family. Did some research on this company and nothing comes up but a document center that will consolidate your documents for you??? Then it gives a address that is in the middle of a parking lot with no building there. I am not sure if i should take serious or not anyone else getting phone calls from them?
- Caller: National Document Services
- JustinCase replies to AngelaDon't take it serious and just leave it alone. Ignore the calls in all ways and give them one less person to toy with. If you've gotten nothing in the mail regarding anything the call may be in reference to, don't worry.
- AnonymousA restricted call came into my phone (unknown number) Caller said his name was James Miller from CDS Central Department Services. He said he was a private server and he failed to serve me the documents being sent to me. Therefore, he viewed public records and got my number so that I would know Diane Young, Attorney-at-Law was trying to serve me documents. He told me I could reach her at 855.260.1866. He provided me a case number and said if I wanted to comply, I should call her. I said...comply with what ? He said...only Ms. Young has the direct information. I immediately googled the number and read the above comments. The devil is busy. he comes to steal, kill, and destroy...but the God I serve reigns forever and will overshadow darkness always with HIS Light. Thank you Lord for protecting all of us from the wiles of the devil. Amen!

- AnonymousCall from "Central Department Services" and Christopher Torres stating that there were pending legal papers that I had not returned from 7 months ago, and that I should call (855) 260-1866 and speak with Darlene DIaz or risk having a warrant issued. Turns out they did a search using my (very common) name and were taking a shot in the dark that I was the person for whom they were looking. Waste of everyone's time.

- TabithaI rec'd a call from Darlene Diaz back in September, saying I owed a debt on a pay day loan from over 7 years ago. I know that any loans I have had, are paid in full, and anything past 7 years, would not be on my credit report anymore. I check that frequently. She threatened to have my license suspended, because the paperwork I supposedly signed, said that my license being suspended would be the result of the unpaid debt. I have gone through several collections law courses, and become certified in collections processes. Legally, the only way a license can be suspended is if it's a debt with the state. This "debt" was not. Secondly, ORIGINAL documents need to be provided, and if they cannot be provided, legally, in a court of law, you will not be held liable for the debt. (This includes mortgages, so do your research people when multiple vendors buy your loans)
Today I rec'd a call at my place of work, from a process server, who said I need to call Darlene Diaz again. I asked what for, and he said she has the information, he's just trying to avoid me being served at my place of employment. I told him I would not be calling, as it is a scam, and to not call me again. - AllenDo not reply. This is a scam!!!!!
