Something of a legal matter even called looking for my brother for same thing as soon as was told there a scam they hung up

Same thing here they said they were trying to serve papers to me. Wanted me to send money.to throw out the case. I took care of this debt 6 years ago!!!

They called me looking for a man named Scott something, they left a vaguely threatening voicemail. I called back to say that I was not Scott, and they had the wrong number, which is true! I'm not Scott whoeever. The lady said she would remove my # from the list, hopefully I do NOT hear from them again!

Called me about serving legal papers for a court date to place a judgement on me for an HBSC account I never paid.  I never even heard of this before. She said her name was Jennifer and she was the paralegal for this firm Mason Green and Associates

It's a scam. REAL process servers don't call in advance and they don't give you the option to pay your way out of being served. If they call again, demand they mail you proof of this debt. Refusal to do so (no matter their excuse) confirms they're a scam.

Have been calling saying they are trying to serve me legal documents even knew the street I love on but I don't owe money to anyone I'm sure it is a scam
