Rcvd call from this number stating Clay Powers from Google selling internet placement and website assistance to draw potential clients

I received the exact same phone call last week from "Clay Powers" but he said he was from a company named Data Services?  Weird, because it was a business type phone call (selling the opportunity for reservations of premium search engine placements on Google, Bing, and others --- plus a free website?) except the call came in around 8:30 pm and I'm pretty sure it was a robo call made to sound like it was a first class v/mail message.  Said to call him back at his "direct" number which was stated as 855-261-3878

We are a small business, and this call was on our voicemail, "Joe" advertising for a listing on "Google, yahoo, and Bing".  Needless to say, we didn't ask to advertise there...so not sure how he got our phone number.  We don't plan to call back....
