But would not say what this is in reference to. I told him send me paperwork to look at he got pissy and cussed me out.  What a dick

C'mon people, debt is NOT a criminal offense - in other words, no warrants or arresting or anything else!  DO NOT ANSWER NUMBERS YOU DON'T KNOW!  If you don't have Caller ID, just hang up on them after you start hearing their stupid spiel.

I received a phone call from this 855-265-2768 saying they had several allegations against me.  They called my cell number and my work number.  I have reported this to the sheriffs department and also the police department because if any debt is owed, something would be mailed.  I will not return the call and they also said they would contact my family.  I also would be arrested at work or home.  Usually when I get these calls, they go on for several days and then it stops and a couple of months later, it is picked up again.  A little later he gave a phone number o 855-442-9368.  I also couldn't understand his name something like Benny or Denny Stein.

I received a phone call from 855-265-2768 saying his name is Llyod Prescott and 908-516-3796 from Zachria Smith with an Indian accent. (Really?) Indian people have indian names, I would know that because I am indian. He claims he's from the Law Department with the IRS and that my husband and I owe money to the IRS and if I don't pay him right away the FEDS will be coming to arrest us. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to send him $3,784.00 through something called "GREEN DOT MONEY PACK which can be purchased at a local CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart, KMart, etc... and I would have to scratch the back of it and provide him with the numbers. Me being confused and curious, told him that he would have to give me one hour to go to the bank and get the money so that I would purchase the Money Pack. He said that if I get off the phone I loose the deal and my husband & I would be arrested and face possible deportation. I AM AN AMERICAN CITIZEN, born in the USA... hello? Deported back to the US? So I asked him if I could put him on hold and do the transaction, he said "yes by all means". It just so happens that the IRS is in my building so I went down to them and as I started to tell them the situation, the immediately stopped me and said it's a scam. THE IRS WOULD NEVER CONTACT YOU ON THE PHONE OR ON EMAIL. I told the IRS agent the individual in on the phone and they took the phone and spoke to them. They never called me back. If this is happening to you, please do not entertain them and call the IRS agent at 917-408-5640 IMMEDIATELY. Don't be a victim of fraud and scams.

I GOT A CALL FROM A PERSON REPORTING HIS NAME AS BRAD NELSON (had a totally Asian Indian accent)- CLAIMING TO BE FROM SECRET SERVICES THAT SOMEONE BY THE NAME ZACHARY SMITH- IRS-TAX-AUDIT-DEPARTMENT-908-516-3796 HAS FILED CASE AGAINST MY CREDIT REPORT, THE person tried all pressure tactics saying that I would understand when I get arrested and deported. It is a shame that people will go to any extent and malign their country for petty gains. I got saved because I googled this name and found this post! Google gets another accalaim added to their already long list of achievements - saves from fraud!

I am being harrassed

This is getting old and the USA Government needs to stop them. We keep getting calls also from 855-265-2768. The Indian speaking male by the name of Peter Blake threatens to have my wife arrested and to return a call to Denny Stein or a Rodney?

I've been having the same issues too! The guy called saying he's from the IRS and that his name was Brad Nelson from 877.705.4245. He has a string Indian accent and when I asked him to repeat some stuff he snapped at me. He said something about me having a debt and that I have to pay it or else I would be taken to court and have a law suit filed against me. I have been getting these phone calls for the past four days! And when I asked if I could speak to his supervisor, brad said that he was the supervisor. What should I do? I'm going to my bookkeeper tomorrow to get this settled. Should I call the police for harassment and fraud?

Someone name Skyler called my work left vm  and my cell # stated they received a fax complaint with there office against me.
Rep didn't leave the name of their company or who the bill is with.  I don't owe anyone but I would like these people to stop calling.

Within one hour, myself, my mother and all 3 of my CHILDREN received the same call from
855-265-2768. This is not the first call from this number and each call is frightening!
We all let it go to voice mail, so I have it documented in recording as well as text.

This is the message:

Yes this urgent message is intended for Patricia M. Case number xxxx1. My name is Christy Thornton and I am trying to contact Ms. Moore in reference to a complaint that has been forwarded to my office and is registered under her name in order for her to discuss the pending actions being filed against her. She does need to contact the firm in control of her file. That's 855-265-6812. She wanna reference your case number again that was PA xxxx1. Now if there's no response within the next 24 hours to for maybe forced to make some important decisions on her file without her consent. So it is urgent that she gets this message and call and as soon as possible."

I will be reporting this to the IRS as well as the FBI.

Phone number is 855-265-6812. Harassing and threatening calls for no legitimate reason. This company looks for old debt that they try to scare people into paying. They have caller ID and will threaten you with empty threats.

I too just received a phone call from area code 855 265 6812 they're saying I owe a debt to a bank and which I have never had for the amount of $710 they said if I pay him $100 now or by tomorrow at noon then it will be squash but I have not had been 3 bank accounts and none of them are US bank they had my dad's phone number and my phone number I'm just trying to find out is this a scam they said that the local county police well Sheriff Department try to issue me papers to go to court on this account did anybody know if this number is a scam

Boy my heart was raslcing listening to this automated bs. This is a crime and whomever is behind this needs to locked away for a long time. I paid my debts off last week and got the call today a week later so naturally im thinking i missed something. So i called back and got no answer. Entered the phone # in google search and lookawhat we have here. I knew this was some bs
