Received a call today from a representative from a company called "Amway" trying to collect on a payday loan from JD Marketing.  This payday loan was satisfied many many months ago.  This is just adding to the many phone calls I receive from this fraudulent, dishonest people who have ruined my life with lies.  I googled their phone number 855-268-1924 and nothing legitimate comes up.  Initially, I was contacted by Jake Campbell, he called himself a "Locator" from North Carolina.  This company is a new one for me, has anyone received any calls from them.  I just proved to ACSGROUP that I paid off two loans that they accused me of not paying. I forwarded them emails from the company's.  This is just outrageous.  I'd love to get my hands on the person who stole or bought my personal information.  I was so naive filling out those on online application, I had no idea that this underground existed.  These people are lifeless vile creatures.  I pray Jesus Christ passes on Karma to them.  I am honest, I paid my debts.  Get over it.  I've reported to every complaint department out there. FBI, FTC, I fraud alerts on my credit and with my bank.  I, now have my local police department tracing any and all information I can get on these folks.  I'm determined to do something about this financial robbery scheme.

this caller "locator" called indicating a bad check - left this 855 number as who originated the "order with the court".

since I have no "bad checks" I am assuming this is a scam or fraud.

I also have payday loans unpaid. they called me a couple of times.Even said the cops were on the way to pick me up.Did you get an extension.Well i told them to send the cops,and they stopped calling.Go figure
