Electronic voice "alerting" us that our Microsoft Key has expired.  I hung up after I heard that.

My husband received the same message about our Microsoft key had expired. I don't call the numbers back. I never use my cell phone numbers and will only take an e-mail from Microsoft. They have my information.

We received a few calls that our license keys are expired. We ignored it. Now my Word and Excel can't be used. I installed another copy with different key - it doesn't work. PC was ON in my absence for a dew days with possibility to update. Norton doesn't show any virus in the system. Obviously some virus doesn't let Word to run properly. When I called 855-268-5667 a scumbag ordered me to go to cloudwin31.com and follow their order (probably to pay). I plan to format my PC and reinstall all software.

I also received that message. Looks like scam.

received same call last evening...I don't even have a computer so let it expire!

Windows License Key Scam - got a call with a computer generated voice telling me that my Microsoft Windows License Key had expired, and to call 855-268-5667 to renew.

If you call, they will have your phone number for future calls, and try to order you to go to cloudwin31.com, which was registered with GoDaddy in Scottsdale AZ as IP 166.62.27.165 by ashoo ojha on Dev 11, 2015.

I couldn't trace it past GoDaddy to see what country it was hosted in.

I got the same call saying my Microsoft had expired,  I hung up mid first sentence.

No message i have no solicitor so unless a live person cannot leave a message .    They continue to call anyway.

Caller said that my Microsoft Windows 10 license had expired and to call 855-28-5667.

Received an automated voice message saying it was an emergency and my Windows license key is expired. Called the number 855-268-5667, a guy answered who sounded as though he's from India. He said my license key has expired and my computer will stop working in a few days. He said I need to renew the license key "right now." I said, no I don't think I need to renew that. He asked, do you have a computer? I said yes, then he asked if I have Windows. I said yes, then he repeated that I need to renew the license key right now or my computer will stop working. I said again, no I don't think I need to renew it. He then hung up on me.

Claimed my Windows OS was expiring.  Wanted me to type an url in the web address line. They hung up when I started asking too many questions.

Call yesterday, SCAM

they have been calling saying it is an emergency with the computer. we did not call back.

Left a voice message that it was an emergency that I call 855-268-5667 as Microsoft windows key is expiring.  Figured it was a scam and just deleted.

Goth the same call as all others here.  Automated message saying my Windows license is expiring.  So, it goes to auto-reject list.  Thanks to all who post here.

Got this same message today on my answer machine.  Thot it was a scam. Don't have a Microsoft key code...deleted! Do not call them.

My windows key expired... ?  Well my work machine is on a corporate key and my personal machine is on linux. Kthxbai.

One of the worst attempts at phishing ever.. might as well told me my great great uncle henry died and left me an inheritance, just needed my bank account number to wire the funds.
