This is a scam.  Female recorded voice saying that it is an emergency call to notify you that the license key of your Microsoft Windows has expired.  They have used other numbers in the past.  Microsoft DOES NOT notify people of anything by phone.  I have reported this call.

Said it was from Microsoft. That windows has stopped working and has expired. Call right away.

Microsoft doesn't expire

100% scam.  This is the same internet group that calls and says they're from "Windows Support" and that your computer is infected.  Either hang up immediately or act completely stupid and keep them on the line as long as possible.  It's fun and it really pisses them off!
