I also received a call and the number on my caller ID was a local area code. The message stated "This is Jennifer Brooks and I am attempting to reach you regarding a delivery of important documents. This is my last attempt at contacting you. Please call 1-855-277-9742."...................... Scam there is no way I am calling back.

Got same voicemail from a Jennifer Brooks.  She used a # with a 510 area code but wanted me to call this 1-855 #.  This is a scam.

My husband received a message from a Jennifer Brooks at a 562 number to call 855-277-9742 immediately because they needed to serve me with some papers for court. I called the number and spoke with Bridgett and she informed me that I was being served by a company called Cornerstone LLC for intent to defraud them for the amount of $1826.12 but they could settle with me for $626.12. This was for debt back in 2010. I asked her to please send me the information because I did not have any outstanding debt from 2010. She said she could not do that all she could do is settle with me unless I wanted to go to court. She states she would hold my account there until the end of business today for payment and if they did not hear back from me they would take me to court. So I called the company she referenced "Cash Yes" and they do not have any record of me on file???? I tried calling her back and they do not answer????

I got a call from that same number saying I owe a payday loan of almost 5000 dollars they said they were a law firm my advice don't answer it

I had this call at work and my cell, called them back said they have a case filed in my county for a pay day loan i got 8 years ago and filed bankruptcy on. Said they are suing me for fraud and they will serve me with papers but refused to take my address. A lady name jennifer brooks been trying to contact me. Already put a call into my attorney about this. They called from 1-855-277-9742 but when called my phone it came up with a 503-433-3213 called the number and its not in service

I got a call from 501-238-3999 stating I need to give a call to 1-855-277-9742 about important documents that are trying to be served. When I called the number back she states its UBS Litigation on behalf of Cash Now (some pay day loan place that I've never heard of)

Received a call from 270-370-1823 from a Jennifer Brooks, it says something about a package and last attempt and to call 1-877-277-9742. These people sell your info and keep trying until they get a live person. There is nothing that can be done about them because they are phishing the number from someone else and they originate from out of the US. Just block the number. I get a new call every 6 months from a different place.

I got the same Jennifer Brooks Auto message, except mine was from 413-200-9411 which is a Massachusetts phone number.  I too live in MA, but my area code is 978.  This number came to my cell and they used my previous name...blocking this number and also reporting this to the authorities.

Woman calling saying she is delivering a package and the call is a final attempt.She says to call back to 855-277-9742. She calls from a number 877-209-5148.

I have been receiving these same calls for over 5 years now. For a while they would call EVERY hour. Then they started calling my parents. I contacted our family attorney who reached out to them to settle the matter but they wouldn't speak to him. One of the callers told me he would send the sheriff to my home to SLAP ME, because I used profanity while speaking to him. These calls are brutal and never ending. Something needs to be done. Total fraud.

Same caller Jennifer Brooks called from a local # AZ bu she called my x bf and not me and said the same thing about papers to be delivered.

Been these calls for several years about loan from 2010. Was part of BK. Even it legitimate debt the statute of limitations in my state is 6 years. This was met in May. They can no longer collect even if i owed

I received a call from them to call 855-277-972 from Jennifer Brooks about documents to be delivered. I called said I owe them money from pay day loan. I did not recognize loan. Said I would call back. Said I can't and they hung up.. This is a scam. Reported them to FT C.

yes I too have been receiving calls from 855-277-9742 from a Jennifer Brooks, when I return the call she's never there.....I finally notified whoever was on the other end. They claimed I received a loan from 7yrs ago that I never paid back. UH FAT CHANCE....so then they say they are garnishing my wages and I'm being served at my job today!!!! so when I asked if this was true where do I work, they didn't know my place of employment....I told them they should watch out because I work for the COUNTY of Los Angeles and have no problem having the authorities wait for them to serve me.......she immediately became hostile and said she was leaving notes that I refused to pay them..........and I will see someone on Thursday at my place of employment...........and hung up on me.......

I got a call too from them saying AAA payday loan from TD Bank and she said her name was Jennifer Brooks and she have paper to be faxed to me I cussed them out and hung up on them

I am getting a recorded message from Jennifer Brooks from a phone number 409-246-0884 saying it is regarding a fax order for delivery of documents and to call back at +1-855-277-9742

They called my phone today (twice) from a local number stating that they are trying to deliver documents to my son and they gave the return number to call of 855-277-9742.  I had my son call them back and they are saying he owes $4000.00 for a PayDay loan which is bull because he didn't take one out.  But they would be willing to settle for $700.00 right now if he paid right now.  Good thing I told my son under no circumstances was he to give him and banking information.  I did call both numbers back and ask for their names as I am going to be contacting the authorities and they hung up on me.

Got the same call about 4 years ago.  Same person.  Jennifer Broks.  I did not answer and she left voice-mail saying final attempt for delivery of faxed documents to this address.   If u have address mail it.  I don't have fax. Four years ago they contacted my one brother this year they contacted the other. How do we get rid of these pests!
