Jennifer Brooks Auto message calls for my brother, but the number on my CID is a local number 865-213-5433 telling him to call 855-277-9742. total scam. Everyone is reporting a different number on the CID for each state. I am sure it is a scam. reporting to the proper authorities.

Members of my family along with an ex husband got this number looking for me under a different last name! Jennifer Brooks regarding an important fax delivery for me.  After reading all these posts, we blocked the number.  If it's important then deliver it via mail.  Scam written all over it!

The number 855-277-9742 is also trying to deliver a package and this was my last
notification.

They call my house everyday and call my brothers house I don't get how they get his number.. How you stop them?  It's getting old I check my credit nothing I owe

They won't stop calling.  Get a Call Blocker.
For a land line a call blocker is an electronic device that plugs into the phone line between the phone and the wall.  You program it with the numbers to block.  You can buy one on line or at Best Buy for about $50.  For a smart phone a call blocker is an app.  It may come pre-loaded on your phone or you can download a free one.

Get calls daily on a work phone.  Same Message daily from robotic 'Jennifer Brooks' -- trying to contact someone to deliver a package or documents.  Everyday she states this will be the last phone message but unfortunately, it never ends. She says to call 1-855-277-9742.  I called the number and a UBS? or BF? Litigation company (real person) answered - I hung up before talking to her.  That would be frowned on at work.  The robo message 'appears' to have come from a local phone number 925-957-3010. Phone number seem to change for each person reporting this so these calls could be actually coming from anywhere in the world. I will report this to the FTC -- there is an easy form to fill out outline. I try to do it for all SPAM calls such as this.  If this was my cell phone I could block it more easily but this is my work phone so I am unable to block it.  Doesn't matter anyway -- these scammers just change the number they are hiding behind and then it doesn't matter I had already blocked them.  These scammers are maddening!

You are begging from someone with a Tweet-length comment for "a number to call", and you don't even know what it's for. Use your heads. Who regulates businesses? Who regulates debt collectors? Correct complaint channels include the CFPB, FTC, and attorneys general.

If you can pin down an address for the thugs, you can enforce your own FDCPA rights, by sending your own demands via Certified Mail, or having the agency served a civil complaint if warranted.

Calls my cell saying with a local number then wants me to call 1-855-277-9742.  There is documentation she needs to deliver.  But then you call oh you owe a payday loan must pay today.  I mean really if I owed money from 2010 or 2011.  I believe it would have shown up on my refit teport

I keep receiving a call from this number at my work.  It is from Jenifer Brooks.  She asks me to call back about wanting to deliver papers to my address.  This is a scam!  Everytime she leaves this message she says this is the last attempt.

Feel the same as yoi others feel. time for our safety and that means put an end to this crap. You can no longer feel safe because of these low lifes they need to be stop even if it means wasting them. America is under attack people time to take action

This "UBS" group is basically a criminal enterprise.  The only way to actually find them is for someone to come forward who has actually paid whatever entity it is that is making these calls.  Personally I think they are located on the Eastern Seaboard somewhere.  Still looking for them.   I've got to go over the list of numbers I posted above to see if I can find any clues that would lead me to a real organization with some documentation somewhere.  Usually I can find these groups, but this one's got me stumped.

Rec'd 2nd call today from Jennifer Brooks (408-740-6453) stating she has faxed order for deliver to address on file, please call to confirm the address at 855-277-9742.  This is her final attempt...so was yesterday's call.  SCAM  if they are trying to serve you they will not call you.

Jennifer clean she is a truancy officer trying to deliver legal documents to me and this is the 3rd attempt first of all if it's court papers it would not be a truancy officer delivering it

In case you didn't know, NO process server is going to call you in advance; you could hide if you knew they were coming. And you can't buy your way out of a summons, either, which is what they will claim if you speak to them.

Received a message from Jennifer from this number saying they were FedEx trying to deliver a package so I called back because I was actually expecting a package.  She asked if I had been processed/arrested for fraud in the last 48 hours, um no!  She said I owed a pay day loan from Vandelier, total BS!  She knew my social security number which is really scary!  Said if I didn't pay it they were going to file papers and I'd be arrested, yeah, that's not legal.  Scared the crap out of me though.  Hang up and do not give these people any money!

A call came in first to my wife's cell phone. Then to the house phone. Say I have a legal matter and a warrant is being put out for me. Gave us a number to call back 855-277-9742. Jennifer Brooks, but she is out leave message or mail box full. TOTAL SCAM
