I received call on Apr 4th from a restricted number.  Left a message stating that she was Case Investigator Morrison and that she had a complaint in her office of alleged check fraud for a payday loan.  The number that she told me to call in 24 hours was 855 278 0472.  She left a pre trial docket number and said if i didn't return the call she would execute the paper work to my home and my job at the end of the call.  At the end of the call  she said you have been notified.  She can leave all this information on the machine but not the name of the company that I am supposedly being sued by


Today Apr. 5th she calls again at 6:55 am from a local number this time and said i have 1 hour to contact her then she will forward the paper work to my county.  She also stated that since i didn't call her back that i am evading her summons, and will now have a bench warrant out for me.  I have not been served a summons and her message yesterday indicated if i didn't respond she would served me at work and at home and now today i am evading her summons.  First of all what processor or investigator is going to tell you over the phone you are being served or going to be served they just show up, and how can you be evading a summons when  you have not been served.

Also when I called the number during business hours when the answer the phone the say EXT 2013 or Ext 206 that was what I called when I called yesterday and today.  They don't say their name or where you are calling and when you call after hours the messages says you have called eastern Division

i got a call from the same wnumber. he said he was case investigator harrison and if i didnt call him back he would send police to my home or work. i called the police station and thwy said it was a phone scam not to giave them any information. he also told me i jave been notified. i dont know if to believe this or not or what to do? i know i have not written a check!
