I just got a call from Department of Check Services phone number 1-855-278-0474 did anyone else get this call from the same number?  These people just will not stop Help

what was the phone number and name did they say?

They are a scam don't give them any money I just confirmed it.  They just got this number and they will hook into a non working number some how to show they are in you area but call that number back in 4 to 5 hours and it will be disconnected wow these people are desperate KARMA IS NOT A GOOD PERSON TO MESS WITH.   My payday loan has been paid a long time ago I have proof but they want me to pay again they say That the place I paid was a scam and to be honest I don't can I have proof of what I paid and to who.  Don't let these people keep taking our hard worked money.  This has to stop I need to know how. Help

I got a of calls from this number 855-278-0474, stating that I have an unpaid payday loan that I open up over the internet in 2008 and being that I haven't paid this loan it's considered as check fraud. But when I started asking questions and trying to confirm some sort of proof of the loan, then they started giving me the run around.
