866-605-1098, 855-806-6588 regarding a job posting for the state of MI.  In going to the actual website for the state I did not see the job posted.  "Googled" the # and found this info.  I have reported them to the FBI via the state of MI for fraudulent activity.  Sad that they have my info!

As a previous writer said' 'All I want is a job!"  I wasted way too much time on these jerks- tapped into my application to a reputable hospital, I thought Gigats was great and I was a step further into getting interviewed.  I did get the education speech and had to be very firm in saying no a number of times  How to get rid of these cheats?  I feel like they are going to hound me, and give my information to anywho.  I really don't need this.  I am going to report them (sucking up more of my time).

It appears that they are still phishing. After I gave all of my info including my ss#, they now know everything about me. I was advised by 1-800-ask Gary to file a fraud complaint with my local police department just in case somebody else starts using my data and if you have a report filed, you will cover yourself. Otherwise, it could be a pain if someone took out a credit card in your name. The fraud department would possibly ask you then, why if you knew that  gigats was a scam that you didn't report them.  Gary also  advised me to report this scam to the attorney general of my state. The information said I was applying for a job named Heinz close to my town in Florida. Guess what? And that's what gigats does is use familiar company names so you think it is legitimate. Ha ha, big phat lie!  There is no Heinz company in the state of Florida. I would suggest to all of you who read this and have been scammed to report it to protect yourselves.

Unfortunately, the job you applied for was more than likely a bogus job that does not exist.

You should also contact at least one of the three credit agencies (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and have them put fraud alerts on all your files too.

Yesterday I to received a phone call from Gigats except the phone number was 1-877-418-3163 I have no idea how or why this person, wanted all my personal information.  When looking for jobs on the internet do not buy the bs. about we will give you a job a day you have to tell us if you applied, or what was wrong with the job.  The employment specialist (telemarketer) was more interested in selling my information to schools. DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. Amazing in this world of technology you are definitely at people's mercy.

OMG I just went through the Gigats scam, wow there good, they lead you to believe they represent the company you'er applying to then they state, "if the position requires you to further your education would you be interested in doing so." I hesitated and said, "well I guess if I were required to, but I have been to school and in business for many years, so I'm not really interested in going back I'm simply looking for a job! Well I was transferred to a school rep. she started going through a pitch, while she was talking I quickly went on-line and looked up, Is Gigats legit, what do you know I found this sit and several other saying the same thing. When I got off the phone with her I called the company I was applying to and they said they were not affiliated with Gigats and knew nothing about Gigats being a screening agency for their company. So people we've learned a valuable lesson today, which is check into everything and everyone before giving out info or using their services!

    This happened to me today!!!
I sent Apria Healthcare an email to see if they pre-screen interviewees from this company GIGATS, they guy VICTOR wouldn't even really spell it to me after I asked him to.  He then went on to ask me if I would want to further my education if the company would offer it, I said absolutely.  Then he began talking about FINANCIAL AID, I then said that I would definitely be interested but only if the company offered the benefit of going to school paid thru the company.
HE THEN SAID THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY.

I started to do my research, and low and behold....
IT'S A SCAM!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS, there are so many companies that are listed on the site.  I definitely am following up, thank you for your comments as well. The number they had me call was 855-815-2686

Unfortunately, you'll need to go down to the very END of the email where it gives you an option to UNSUBSCRIBE, do this for each company that send you unwanted email if it doesn't come from spam.  This seems to work for me.

You should contact Bank of the West, trust me on this, if it's that important to you, you want to call the Human Resources Dept. to confirm and let them know your experience with GIGATS

I was filling out an application on line, when done with first page, I was asked to call the number on the screen to complete the application. I called and the person wanted more info on how to go to school. This was time wasted, and the person would not help me with my application for the job. The person was from gigats!, and I had run intothemt before, thought if I went through with talking with them I could get through the job application and that just never happened. This isclearly a SCAM the number (855)637-9571
