Liberty Collection

They call threaten me about bad checks that i have written, I don't write checks. The caller name was Damion Johnson  when  I call back it was to a Liberty voice mail. They left a message stating that i can be in a lot of trouble they will come to my home, job etc.... Something need to be done because I am sick of them.

They are scammers.

Damien Johnson really helped me a lot. I had fallen on hard times and when this guy called me he wasn't like a lot of the collections people that call. Damien was very cordial and he explained everything to me in its entirety.  I actually had taken out a payday loan that had gone into default.  he took care of the problem for me and just like he said, I haven't recieved any more calls since then.

LDUB87  You are a shill. Nobody should believe this post. He sounds like an interested scammer himself or should I say itself  since these people should hardly be given the respect of a human. You are scum.  What did you forget you had the debt? Why wouldn't you make your payment? All of a sudden you can pay it off. Bulls__t!  These scammers are not anything if very  UNHELPFUL!

SC.  The same tactics used on me.  Just do what the FBI told me to do. Fill out a report with your local Police and the FTC. Then record every call from these people and pass that along to Law Enforcement as well. I did. The agent with the FBI will be able to tell you in depth how to respond to these criminals and will be able to tell you what practices are legal for a legit collections agency to use and threats and intimidation are not one of them. Just tell them to F__koff.
