- CheeseheadSame message and experience as all above. Im retired now and never had student loans back in the 70's when I went to college. The incoming call on my phone showed as restricted. Phishing scammer. Probably operating out of a foreign country. The CIA should take out their call center. Send them that kind of message.

- AshleyLiterally received the exact same message only the message said her name was Natalie. She did not state my name and she did not state the name of the company she was with. instant red flag. The phone didn't ring, but I had a missed call from "private number."

- AndyReceived a VM from this # stating "it's Natalie from student help services, doing a follow-up call for you regarding your public student loan, I do see here that we still have you pre-qualified for the student loan forgiveness program..." I do not have any student loan. Sounded very professional and real so I can imagine many people will be duped by this caller.

- NameI have been receiving repeated calls and VM from 855-280-0020 and 202-985-0232 number telling me this “Hey it's Natalie with student assistance my phone number is 855-280-0022 and I'm actually just doing a follow up call for you regarding your public student loans um I do see here that we still have you prequalified for the student loan forgiveness program I just keep in mind that these programs will change and the relief deferment for Barents is about to expire um so I don't want your qualifications change along with that I a.m. here all week Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific standard time just in case again my phone number is 855-280-0022 um and you can go ahead and speak to me or anyone of the representative but I do hope to hear from you soon and have a great day…” and I am not enrolled in any program. Thank God that apple and/or my phone company reports as “Scam Likely” so I just do not pick up.
