I have been getting calls from this number on my cell.  I won't answer it unless I know who it is.

I've gotten 4 calls in 4 hours. No voicemails left. I also don't answer unless I know who it is.

I've gotten 3 calls in 1 hour from this number . No message. As my greeting states, leave a brief message with name, number, and the nature of the call and it will be returned. I don't answer unknown numbers.

Just to let everyone know I am currently being bombarded with calls from this # 855-281-1699. It started at 10:30 Am Est. time April 28, 2012.  So far have recieved 22 calls...and time know is 11:49Am.....  pleas people ecomplain to Atty Generals office in your state...  This has to Stop..

Convergent collects on items that, by law, they are not allowed to collect on and do so for LVNV funding who buys up those old debts. Monitor your credit reports and make sure they do not put an old debt back on your reports.

call them back. They'll tell you who they are looking for. Then I informed them that there was no one here by that name. They confirmed my number and said they wouldn't call again.

I got this call and it was automated, It asked for me by name then gave me a list of prompts #4 prompt was is this the wrong #?, so I pressed 4. It appologised and hung up, so I hope that worked.

Calling on weekends, asking for a Emma..I don't even know a Emma..I have no debt.. I pay my bills in full every month.  told me to hold on and they would connect me to a live person, while holding..the call just clicks and hangs up... WTF???

I keep on getting called from this number at least once a day so I decided to check it out or investigate the automated machine connects me to someone it sounds like a woman sound low and staticky then hangs up so what I am gonna do is call my cell phone provider and block this number that's what I did before it says this number is from Canada don't know any one from Canada well see what happens thnx

Just tell your phone provider to block this number it worked from me

I also have been getting a number from them. However, the caller ID comes up as 406-371-9894, which is my area code zone. When she leaves a message, she also says Convergent Outsourcing at 855-281-1669. They are calling my WORK number. I don't owe any back bills on ANYTHING. I'm going to call my Attorney General.
