I fell it’s fake

Called my cell phone and called my work number claiming they were requested by the courthouse to serve me, gave a case number, left a return phone number. Caller is aggressive and almost yelling at me.

Tesa Perez calling in regards to an account that has been filed against me through the county. Since I cannot be reached the office would need to speak to me before the case has been filled, provide case number 668926. Please call 1-855-281-2590. If I do not get in contact with them they will take action. I'm thinking this is a scam, called the number back and Alex got verbally abusive, yelling, demanding my social and date of birth. Then he disconnected the call when I failed to provide it to him, said he will send me the sealed file through the mail. Never did either caller identify their badge number or exact work place. Just said it was a legal case through the county. I'm no trouble maker so I'm trying to figure out what exactly this call is about, anyone know?
