Received a call from this number. They left a voicemail. It was a lady, who didn't state the company name just stated in what sounded like an automated message that there was paperwork filed against me and I need to call them in the next 48 hours or I'll be served with papers. These types of calls are scams. No legitimate company harasses you with threats of suit. They'll send you real bills in the mail and call you from collections. If it gets to the point for some reason that they are going to sue you they'll just file the paperwork and be done with it. A process server or police officer will show up at your home and/or work and deliver you papers. No warning. Visit www.ftc.gov if you need to file a claim against these types of scammers or need more information. Also don't be afraid to talk to your local police department. There isn't a lot they can do, but they're a good source to ask and will help you decide if it's a scam.  They're trying to shut these companies down. They're scamming millions of dollars from consumers don't give them any information.
