I was looking up the weather in my phone and I got a notice from http://subscribermgmt.rr. com (I broke the link so no one else gets this) stating that I owed TWC and to click on the linT or call their number. The page looks like a legitimate disconnect notice.

A Google search of this number displays the Time Warner notice as the first on the list. TWC customers receiving this message about a payment reminder would not need to come here to know it was them, as they would know it was legitimate.
It is also possible scammers will spoof this number to gain personal info, so anyone who is not a customer of Time Warner should be aware it could be a scam call.
