Scam. Called from 601-588-2408 saying trying to locate me to serve court papers. Told him to mail me info. Said they were with my county court. Called county and they knew nothing about it. Called my office and left this 855# with my mgr also claiming to be with the county court.

It is illegal to claim to be from the government!

Guy name Jay Style Cone called and said some guy was being served court papers using my number and address. No one knew him in the office...reported to local police.

Someone named Warren Johnson has called multiple times this week to me and my wife and sister. Calls from an unknown caller id and leaves this number. Claims to be filing a case with my local county court house. States I need to call the office back while I still have legal rights or they will be proceeding with an order of location. ha what a joke. I told him come to my house then. SCAM & A LOSER

Caller stated they were with Williamson county and there is an active case against my grandchild’s mother.  Left this number as a contact.

Called from 573-273-0018 left a voicemail saying  she was  Becca from Jasper county looking to serve a warrent on a David Thornton  that listed my name address and phone number as to where he is residing. Said to call 855-284-1850 case number 753951. First jasper county isnt in 573 area code, 2nd they would never call saying they was coming to serve a warrant,  3rd I have no clue whom that is but I do know who all has lived in my home since it was built. Lol

I received a call from Olivia Davis claiming to be from my local county, she’s requesting money to settle a debt out of court. I asked her why nothing has been mailed or even an email with the information on this “case” and her only response was “ how could I have all of this information if it wasn’t through the county!” I believe she’s a scammer.

He called again.  He said that he was with the county until I told him that I knew he wasn't and that I had called the courts and they knew nothing about it.  Then he quickly started saying that he didn't say that.  I told him to quit calling or I would report to the police.  Also told him that if he had anything to mail it to me.  He starting asking me about my address and I hung up.  Scammer

That one's case number 754-3438 as far through the county. It does become a matter of public record and there's an order for your location this area since I was unable to get in contact with you. I have been instructed to reach out to your employer and speak with a supervisor because it looks like that is going to be a likely place of location. Mathura, you have the legal right to reach out to the proceedings office processing your case. However, you would have to speak with them before the case is filed. Once the case is discharged from the office. All of your legal rights will be forfeited. The number provided to their office is 855-284-1850 and also States here that you're going to need to speak with our legal department where she could you are being legally notified by telephone and you will be located unless we are told otherwise….
