We actually got a yellow postcard in the mail, blank on the back, very generic….. with some bs about our current mortgage being recorded 9-23-16, LOL we don't have a mortgage, my first red flag and KNOWING this was a scam. Said to call ASAP at 855-284-3683 and listed a bogus mortgage ID, no doubt a scam.........

Got a yellow postcard about our HUD Mortgage. We do not have that type of loan so it's a scam.

We received a yellow postcard with a blank ofher side....it was not from an actual company it was very generic but it did me tion TD BANK MORTGAGE.......it is a fake postcard there is no mortgage id # in regard to any if any mortgage we hold.
