- JoyceCalls everyday , started this month , also calls at odd hours, when I try to call this number no one talks at the other line.
- UnanimousI received a call twice from this number and said it was Kaiser Notification Alert, but when I call this number it tells me that my number is not in their system. When I called Kaiser, they had no idea where this number was being generated from. Sounds like a bogus call.
- Caller: Kaiser Notification Alert
- DaveI was also getting calls from the Kaiser Athoc Notification System 855-284-6246 I searched the internet and found the company that handles the calls for Kaiser.
I talked to a person in tech support and this is what they told me to do
To get your phone number removed from the Kaiser Athoc Notification System you have to send an email to
ATHOC Notification company to (support@athoc.com) they handle the calls for the Kaiser workers include your name and phone number and tell them to remove your number from the system.- Caller: ATHOC

I am tired of trying to receive the message that they claim they have for me only to be led to a dead end.they claim that they are kaisers notification system but after calling Kaiser I found out that Kaiser has no recognition of that number
- Allen Cecil| 1 replyHello,
I can provide some information on what is happening as well as a means to resolve it.
The phone calls you are receiving are being sent out from various Kaiser facilities via a messaging system called the "AtHoc IWSAlerts Notification System". Kaiser uses this system to send various alert and information messages to their employees. The messages are typically sent to phone numbers that have been registered by the employees. If a number is entered incorrectly, this can result in calls being sent to someone other than the employee.
Another possibility is if the phone number is a cellphone number, and the owner drops the cellphone coverage at some later date. Since cellphone companies re-use these numbers, a person might get a call from the Kaiser system because the previous cellphone owner did not get it removed from the Kaiser system.
The alerts get sent out during different hospital shifts, and this is why the messages come in at different times of the day.
To get this issue resolved, please do the following:
1) Send an email to: support@athoc.com
2) In the email, please provide the following information (if known):
a) Your name, and a contact email or phone you can be reached at.
b) The phone number at which you have been receiving the alerts
c) What city you live in (this helps us narrow down the possible Kaiser facility the alert may be coming from)
d) If the message you received has any identifying details - such as the hospital name, or the Title of the alert - please provide that information. Again, it helps in tracking down the facility that issued the alert.
Once this information is received, the AtHoc support person can open a case and work with the AtHoc administrator at the Kaiser facility to get the phone number removed from their system.
If you feel uncomfortable sending an email with the information, you can also call the AtHoc Support line at: 650-685-3090.
Hope that helps - Tom replies to Allen CecilThis is a computer call to kaiser employees to notified them of open shifts at work. It send out by the staffing dept. it calls numbers that employees have given to them. Some are old numbers which some of you have now. Usually the message it leaves is to call, after ten minutes it usually cancels itself due to someone picking up the shift. We employees get call by this numbers several times a day.
- Michael Daywhat the hell kind of a message is this? An unidentified caller asking me to call an 855 number and enter a personal identification number with no explaination why. This is the kind of message a scam artist would use. Kaiser, if it is Kaiser, needs to rethink what it's doing with this kind of message. Kaiser needs to just stop leaving this message. No reasonable person should respond to such a thing. It feels like someone whistling for their dog and expecting it to obediently come running.
- Caller: Kaiser Foundation Hospital???
- ijdkThis number called and left a voicemail message. Said it was from "USAFB" and to all this number and enter a personal PIN number (left in the message.) The recording actually identified my name - first and last - in the recording. Weird.
