Just checked my voice mail and had a call from this number. They said they are going to serve me for two cases of fraud. Trying to figure out how they got the last digits of my social. They dont call you before they serve you. These scammers need to stop!!!

Guy used the name Daniel Fisher stating that some had implicated me when they passed a bad chack.  I caalled the number from a different line and reached a Justin Alexander who stated he was the manager and intalking with him he threatened to see me in court.  I wasnt even the person they said they were looking for.  He started raging on the telephone about court.  Another scam artist that should be jailed

I got a call like that yesterday and hung up on him. He called back and left voice mail threatening 2 pending allegations of fraud and summons.......bogus!

This number called mom and grandparents saying someone used my social number in a scam in Colin county. I never have been or go to Colin county...... SCAM

Long history of debt scamming on 800notes.  Threats, false statements about judgments being recorded against you.  Rude calls.  Refusals to give any details about supposed debts. Endless attempts to collect debts that are barred by the SOS. These people are bad actors all around.  If they call demanding money for a debt, then demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.  No letter, no money.  Of course they won't send you a letter.  And in that case simply block their calls.

Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them .

called pace of employment, demanding money, saying they had me on video.  I asked for further information, they refused.  Stated they are going to arrest me for fraud unless i paid $400 something.  I hung up, they call again, finally researched them online and seen they are scammers.
