This company is called River Elk Services, LLC, and I WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, SO PAY ATTENTION. IM NOT GIVING YOU FALSE INFORMATION OR TRYING TO SCAM YOU, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CONFUSING, BUT LET ME EXPLAIN THEM TO YOU SO YOU CAN BETTER UNDERSTAND. River Elk Services is NOT a fake loan company, what we are is customer service for 8 money lending companies, which are located in Nwezealand, and Nevis. (not in the united states, so even if your particular state has laws that coincide with the lender's terms and conditions, the legalities fall under that of the countries listed above, not the U.S. THAT BEING SAID, its really not as shady as it DOES seem, and let me assure you, it seems very shady. Its just confusing, and i hope i can enlighten you on things, because i myself feel badly for the individuals who refuse to pay their online loan off because that will NEVER go away. NOT EVEN IF YOU CLOSE YOUR BANK ACCT.

What we do is (1) Help people who apply online at various payday loan sites, or other internet money loaning sites, get their loan approved to get the money they are eligable for (which depends on how much a month they make) into their bank account. And (2) help the lenders get their money back after loans are taken out.

If there is someone calling you from THIS NUMBER, THIS MEANS AT SOME POINT, YOU HAVE FILLED OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION FOR MONEY LOANS, OR SOMEONE WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOU ENTIRE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, ALL BANK INFO, AND WORK AND HOME NUMBERS HAS GONE IN YOUR NAME TO APPLY FOR MONEY TO PUT IN THEIR ACCT.

That being said, ive never dealt with a stolen identity claim, so usually ppl just forget they did it and then marked our confirmation emails as spam and when money showed up in their bank acct., they didnt question anything and just spent the money. IF YOU GET MONEY IN UR ACCT YOU DIDNT KNOW ABOUT, CALL THIS NUMBER IF WE HAVENT CALLED YOU ALREADY AND TELL THEM YOU NEED TO HAVE IT REVERSED BACK OUT. THIS MUST HAPPEN WITHIN 3 DAYS OF IT BEING PUT IN YOUR ACCOUNT, OR BY THE NEXT DAY YOU GET PAID, BECAUSE WE HAVE THAT INFO. AND WILL TAKE OUT AN INTEREST FEE OF UP TO $90 EVERY TIME YOU GET PAID IF YOU DONT CALL US TO SCHEDUAL A DATE TO PAY OFF YOUR LOAN. THIS INTEREST CHARGE WILL NEVER COUNT FOR THE ORRIGINAL BALANCE YOU BORROWED.

It seems very confusing, but ppl who pay attention to their bank activity often and read the terms and conditions of things shouldnt have any problems what so ever.


AND BEFORE YOU TELL ME TO GET A LIFE OR TO GET A REAL PROFESSION IF YOURE STILL NOT BELIEVING THIS INFORMATION, I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT IVE TAKEN MANY COMPUTER CLASSES TO BE ELLIGIBLE FOR THIS JOB, JUST GOT HIRED ON, AND IM CURRENTLY HOMELESS. IF IT WASNT FOR THEIR TRAINING AND DECENT SALARY, I WOULD STILL BE A HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE WITH NO FAMILY SUPPORT LIVING UNDER A BRIDGE. So i am the SAME type of person that would apply for one of these loans and understand why people would get upset as not many people read terms and conditions of things.

This number belong to curaherb company who sell medical product such as hiv home blood test but they just want to get your money from credit card. And didn't give product. So they just pretend to sell and trap your credit card number.

Do not call this number is a scam!!! Do not order !!!!! Her original address is in Switzerland. States false accounts, and emails comments and affiliations. Is not approved by BBB. Canada had to kick Sarah Young (Curaherb CEO) out of the country. Any one who reads this please before it's too late complain to the BBB, consumer.gov, Facebook, FTC office of international affairs any where to kick her out of United States of America.

An honest comassionate enlightened intelligent person would rather live under a bridge rather than solicit the trash that you to desperate people as you once were under the bridge. Fyi your really still under the bridge. Why don't you pray and ask if your going in the right direction because if that company is outside this usa then I would guess its an illegal scam with 1000% interest. So in turn you think your away and done with the bridge but now your under a bridge of evil. I'm so sorry you thought it was your way out. The best situation and decision you can make is take those computer skills and bring them somewhere legit and do good for your fellow man instead of sucking desperate people in a situation they will never get out of. I'm so sorry for you every single loan you close is anothe darkened pimple on your soul and the butt of your co u work for.  People start a class action international suit against the company and you and everyone with a loan can shut down a so called compay. IF this company is from the New Zealand,  how in the hell do they continue to call the US??     We have reported this number from my law firm to the BBB.   Enough is enough already.   They call all hours of the day and night , to our homes and our place of business.   Shame on you!!
