yes, I got a call with them telling me I'm going to court over some old payday loan thing? Is this legit?

same thing here, but they also called my husbands phone for me to call them

received a call from a different number, it was about my daughter and threatened to take her to court over a loan, they gave 855-284-9020 for her to call.  if she didn't do anything to resolve it, she would be taken to court and charged and have to pay $3,555 otherwise if she called within an hour and paid either $612 today or installments starting with 1/3 of $824 and the rest would have to be paid in 30-45 days.  It just didn't sound like this was legitimate.

I received a called from a (704)438-9023. Tried to return the call and no one never pick up. These people had left a message on my phone to call 855-284-9020, with a legal matter from four years ago. Called that number back to someone just answering the phone without giving company information and stated I had to pay$452 immediately or I will be going to court and court fees would make it $2,400.  Spoke with three different people threatening to garnish my wages. Totally a scam. Not my first time going through this matter. Always do your research

Same thing happen to myself earlier. It's definitely a scam. They are going through old files looking for someone to get over on.
