Lol its funny that most people on here that are blogging and responding are the ones most likey the ones that are in debt and don't pay your bills. that's why if Donald trump get's in office guess what he is going to take away statue of limitations for  most likely people like yourself!! I really don't need to prove myself and further more naw never been to jail hi I have 2 degrees from UCLA  and working on an MBA so nice try however you don't read as well so it's really no point in talking to another internet reader aka blogger I always find it funny those who don't even practice in the field have all the answers and now they know clearly your in debt and you hoped on the internet and did some research cause a collector was calling you as well so you had to get smarter, Anyway every state has different statue's and sorry sir but if a creditor reports it to your credit and sells's the debt to an agency and they report the debt to your credit from the time they received it from the creditor statue restarts dummy! people are not educated enough to really read people only read just enough to get buy sorry sir does not work that. I would tell you to look up the FDPCA collection laws but clearly you cant read because one again the basis of this conversation had nothing to do with credit cards we were talking about checking accounts and bad check writing..So before you come for me please be correct in your conversation and FYI Accurint/TLO tells a lot about you which means you should be the last person taking good day and by the way my degress state that I am nice try to Mid NYte Storm

Hilda is an illiterate shill replies to hilda lopez

Nobody could possibly graduate from UCLA with such terrible writing skills as you have.  Possessives instead of plurals, tons of spelling mistakes, and run on sentences are just a few of the issues with your writing.   But sure, do keep posting your drivel.  It just proves more and more that you are a shill for this scam company.

BUT, even though most all of Hilda's message is BS, the first sentence is correct--people do not receive dunning calls, unless they have been past debtors. The callers are ones looking to collect on old debts, which may, or may not, be legally collectible.

I know, but the fact of the matter is, you can’t write.  You can't even put together an intelligible sentence. Nobody knows what you are saying.

But let me see if I can translate some of your stuff into readable (if illogical ) English.

[I find it amusing that people here are blogging.

I also find it amusing that they are blogging and responding.

Those blogging and responding are those most likely to be in debt.

The reason Donald Trump is doing so well, is that he will do away with the legal principle of the Statute of Limitations.

I don’t need to prove myself and I have never been in jail.  You people don’t read well.  There is no point in talking to you.

I find it amusing that those who do not practice in the field of debt collection act like they know all the answers.

They know that  you are in debt.   Debt collectors report your debt to your credit.

People are not educated enough to really read people; they only read just enough to get by.

I would tell you to look up the FDPCA collection laws.  Clearly you can’t read.  We are not talking about credit cards.  We were talking about checking accounts and bad check.

So before you come for me please be correct in your conversation.   FYI Accurint/TLO tells a lot about you, You should be the last person taking good day.

By the way my degrees state that I am nice .]

As I say, everything you’ve written is totally illogical.  Nonsense,  really.  But at least my translation is readable.

uhh, if you personally know of non- debtors receiving these calls let us know. Our family of non-debtors have never received one, and know of no friends and associates of non-debtors having this problem. As you say, the scammers occasionally may dial the wrong number, as myself, and possibly you do yourself.

So now you're a psychic and know that those who comment in this FORUM - not a blog - are in debt?  Wow, that must be a handy skill to have.  Too bad you're wrong.  Also, too bad that you can't write or spell worth a darn - "every state has different statue's" - I mean, really?  You don't have to practice in any field to be able to read and understand the FDCPA.  Your understanding of the law - especially the SOL - leaves much to be desired, so clearly, you are the one who cannot read (nor spell apparently).

Yes, I do personally know more than one person who got calls from debt collectors, who did not owe any debt.  So much for your theory. Also, I'm laughing at your comment that scammers may occasionally dial the wrong number.  LMAO!  They're scammers - they dial the wrong numbers as a matter of course.   That's what scamming bogus debt collectors do!

Well "hilda", why don't we just take apart your barely literate post piece by piece shall we? This is NOT a blog. This is a public forum. Which explains why a fool such as yourself was allowed to post here. I don't carry any delinquent debt. The debt I maintain is to my advantage for tax & credit purposes. A theory that you'd understand if your claims of being educated were true. Which they are NOT. Donald Trump will NOT make it to the Oval office. The only chance of that would be if the prophesies of the third rising of an Anti-Christ are true & I'm not buying that. Even if "The Donald" were to be elected he'd be powerless to have any effect on the Statutes of Limitations in regard to debt. The opposition would see to it that he'd be powerless to do much of anything at all!
"hilda", you quite obviously have no understanding of how credit reports work, how debts are re-validated, how the Statutes of Limitations in regard to debt work or how the FDCPA applies to the lawful collection of debt. All you are is a minion working for a low budget Junk Debt Buyer (JDB) or fraudulent/bogus debt collection outfit. I'd, quite frankly, be surprised if you'd graduated from high school. Particularly after your mention of the "bad check" routine. Come now "hilda"! That old routine is only used by the lowest of the low. It's so easily proven bogus that only the true bottom feeders try to use it. A call to a bank & a clerk of court and your scam is blown completely out of the water! It's just that simple!  You people are nothing but big mouths & empty threats. You'll put nothing in writing & you'll keep hiding like the insignificant roaches that you are. You're just a bad joke "hilda". We see your type every day.
    Skeff Ett Liv!

Actually I have to agree that every state has different statues.  Some have statues of George Washington, some have Abe Lincoln, some have some Greek statues, etc.  So yes, every state does have different statues, although I would imagine that there probably is some overlap occasionally

You obviously are a high school drop out.  Your grammar and spelling are pretty poor.  You have no understanding of the law.  You prey upon the ignorance of immigrants and the elderly.  You are a failure in life.  I guess sites like this are cutting into your ill gotten gains.
