Two degrees from UCLA? Woah! If you have what you claim, UCLA's standards for achieving a degree must have lowered in the last decade or so. I could write better than that fresh out of grade school.

Have you considered a career in comedy?   I have been looking for some new material and I think you can provide.  So long as you write your own stuff that is.  I have seen the Statue of Limits joke in the threads before, so we can't use that, for example.   Your run-on sentence style is an interesting mix of James Joyce and a gerbil.   Get back to me, OK?

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

    Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010  FBI National Press Office
    (202) 324-3691

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

"if a creditor reports it to your credit and sells's the debt to an agency and they report the debt to your credit from the time they received it from the creditor the  statue restarts dummy!"

No, it does not. You are the dummy for believing that.

Your essays sound to me like you got both of your degrees off a thermometer, one degree in Celsius and one degree in Fahrenheit.

This company is a Scam. They called me from an unknown number at all times of the day. To collect a debt I do not owe. These people claim I owed money to a bank that I have never had nor heard of. They were extremely nasty and tried to use scare tactics to make me believe them. The thing is I am constantly checking my credit and I just purchased a house which is a very extensive process in which all your past credit history comes to light. And this so called debt to this bank was not in my history and could not have possibly been there since I have never had any account with them. Holsinger and Associates are parasites that prey on citizens and try to take whatever money they can through false accusations and coercion. If you receive a call from them ignore them and make sure to make a complaint to the FTC and BBB.

I am currently  having this very same issue..lol.. I called wells Fargo and they gave me a number to RJM out of new york. They told me they sold to Jefferson's systems then to ce acquisitions from Maryland who sold debt  to pro recovery, which I'm not trying to contact  to follow the information. Holsinger  has my social security number so I contacted the credit bureau  to check it.and nothing on my reports from any of the above collections compaines... it's a circus.. and suggestions?

Hilda Lopez first this company is not a trusted source.  Second the two idiots I spoke with are dumber then a stick. If they have our social security numbers I want the feds to tell us how they got them. They have a mail box in CA I spoke with the owner of the store there.  It's like a mail box etc. So if you want to pay them that's your right.. I wouldn't give them a penny.

    1-855-549-7661 is another alternate number
Total scam... started yelling at me when I requested their physical address.  He started yelling and telling me he gets a lot of calls from nuts.  I explained he needed to stop yelling, and provide his companies information to me.  If he truly was a law for, his address should not be a problem.  He continued to yell and cuss....

I didn't even have a chance to tell him this was a newly acquired phone number and he had the wrong person!
