I have 18 missed calls from this same number and will not leave a message!!!! I refuse to answer. I called the number to hear there voicemail to only have them never identify their company name to only say "to make a payment online to type you information in now otherwise wise call during the business hours". Plan on making a harrassment report.

When pressed for who they are, they push back wanting to verify your last 4 of SSN and your street address.  I told them you called me and I answered with my name, and now you want me to verify me to you..???  they hung up...

This is a collection scam. They use outdated collections information.  If you verify any information they will attempt to restart the clock on your  out of date past due, perhaps paid off accounts.  They buy old past due accounts from other collections agencies at a discount. NEVER CONFIRM ANY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR IDENTITY.  They would probably have an old address and phone and are searching internet to find you. If you answer any questions,  you've just updated their database.

Called me left no msg

I’ve been called from this number more than 5 times this week and they never respond when I pick up the phone this is getting annoying

They actually called my desk phone at my work place. I explained that this was my employer and unless they had legitimate business with the company, do not call this number again. The person still insisted on trying to ask my personal information.

This number called me left a message saying they was social security administration since when they start calling you because they dont

Debt collector. Of course they aren’t going to leave a vm. They aren’t allowed to.

Called looking for my spouse, when I asked what it was about they tried to verify his date of birth. I refused and hung up because they refused to tell me what call was about.

this number is calling a business line which is disruptive and unacceptable.

Left voice message claiming suspicious activity on my social security and they have shut down my number. Stated to press 1 to hear additional info. When I called the number- automated stating receiving a high volume of calls. DON'T TRUST IT. I have also received Direct TV suspicious call from 800# and persons with accent hung up when I asked for specific info to ID themselves.When I called Direct TV- no outbound calls went out to my number.

This is a debt collection agency. They aren't leaving you messages, because if they did, they risk exposing your personal info to someone else, which they can't do under the FDCPA. They also have to verify *some of your personal information to make sure they are talking to the correct person so that, again, they don't disclose YOUR personal information to someone other than you. It's actually for your protection. It is hard to distinguish scammers from legit companies these days, though.

If they were reputable they would leave a message or mail it to you if bill collections. I owe no medical bills

phone call asking for my daughter who is 20. wanting to verify my information.  I stated I refuse until they tell me who they are with, and caller refused to give me that information.  I told them to remove my name and number from their system.
