Boy are they busy. I just got a call from this #. I don't answer numbers not in my contacts. These people just eat up my time too much. Thanks for your time and posts.  Blocked the #.

Says it is from Social Security.  Didn't return the call.

This number left a voicemail stating from the FBI Dept of social security and I know social security does not make phone calls

Voice mail message said this is the Social Security Administration.  And repeated the phone number twice.

I received a call from 1-855-290-2200 on my mobile phone.  The voicemail message was, “_⁠_ have received against your Social Security number by the federal crime and investigation department we need to talk to you as soon as possible again this call is from Social Security administration number to reach department is 855-290-2200 I repeat it's 855-290-2200 thank you…”

Caller is blocked, for as much good as it’ll do.

Thanks for your input. This is exactly what my recorded voice message said. This number will now be blocked from me as well.

Received robo call from 855 290-2200 said my SS had been suspended then mentioned something about a federal crime agency or some such. The robo message instructed me to call back so I did. The call was answered by a live person working a very crowded, very noisy room. I told the woman, ''I know this is a scam'' and she hung up on me. I tried the number again after a while and got some error message then got hung up on again.

Yes, that's exactly the same call from the same number I got just this afternoon. It was a robo call and it instructed me call back because it was ''very important.'' So I called back and a live person answered. Sounded like she was in a crowded room with lots of loud voices. I told her I knew it was a scam and she yelled something I couldn't understand then she promptly hung up on me. I called back a little while later and got an error message and was hung up on again. Pretty lame really. Who falls for this stuff?
