they call early in the morning then hang up when i answer

They called and said they were from Dev Con security??? asking a young child if there was an alarm in the house! scam?????

Just received a call and she identified herself as calling from Def Con Security in Fort Myers. She pretended to be calling someone else and thought she had the numbers confused.  We just purchased property in the area so I'm curious as to how she obtained my cell phone #.  Definitely a scam.

I received a voicemail from this number.  The caller says she's with Devcon security and got my phone number from the home inspection company I used (AmeriSpec).

I did an inspection on a house I was about to buy and received a call from them AFTER I withdrew my offer. The message from Dev Con said they are working with my inspection company and I need to call them back. Total scam. I guess they got my # when I filed my house inspection application online. But they couldn't track it after and called me after I was already done with the house.

Don't call them back.

they siad they were from a debt org.

This number called and asked to speak to someone else. This is a day after I sign up for a home inspection. Very suspicious to see others mention that.

Got a phone call from them a little over a month a month after we did our home inspection and 3 weeks after we closed.  Identified himself as from Devcon Security in Ft. Myers.  Extremely pushy and rude, I finally blew him off and hung up on him.  When I said thank you for the info we'll do some research on your company (just trying to nicely get rid of him) he asked me what research I wanted and he would email it to me and tried to tell me they have an A+ rating with the BBB.  What a crock.  When I said I'll think about it goodbye, he told me "what's there to think about?"  Definite scam of some sort.

Just received another call from Devcon.  Left a message that they were in partnership with the company that performed a home inspection.  I don't respond to anyone that I don't contact first.  And I would like to know how they got my cell number and the fact that I had a home inspection performed.  I don't like this invasion of privacy.  That's why I try to be so careful when on the internet.

Just received yet another phone call from them.  I wish they'd mind the no phone rules.  Very aggrivating getting all their annoying phone calls!

been getting calls all day and other numbers

I rec. call from this number she left a message to call back. When I called back she said she is from Canada Revenue Agency and would wnt to confirm that we had registered a company in my name. She had my phone# and old house address (10 years back) She asked for my SIN and date of birth for security reasons, which I gave. But I told her I had no company registered in my name. Then she called next day and talke to my wife and asked her SIN & date of birth giving reference that she talked to your husband and wanted to confirm if you have registered company in your name with Canada revenue agency. My wife smelled something was not right so she asked her to send her a letter stating all that, unfortunatley she also gave her SIN and date of birth. What she we do now?
