A bogus law firm claiming they were going to serve me with papers if I didn't pay on a payday loan. All the information they had was wrong except for my phone number at work. They claimed to be Progressive Law Litigations, but would not give me an adress where they were located.

They are accusing me of writing a bad check

I received a call from these people stating that I was being sued for defrauding a financial institution and writing a bad check.  None of my information was correct except for an extremely old street address and the last four of my SS#, somehow they had my husbands phone number and I have no idea who they are, where they are located, and what exactly the charges were from.....extremely suspicious and may be fraud!  I double checked my credit report and found nothing pertaining to this company.

So guy called and mumbled his name (very bad speaker) said he was looking for Ms. Young as she was being served for bank fruad and I was the main point of contact. I do not know a miss Young complete bogus call.

I just got a call from Mark Jacobs who called me at work and the first question he asked was what was our company policy for serving papers to an employee... I did not know what this was regarding so I asked him who he was with and he said he was an private investigator looking to serve papers... I told him he would have to contact our HR manager and he went blank... He said uhhhh welll I don't have much time can you just give this number and extension to Amanda R*****.... WHICH IS ME. I told him that was actually me and he told me I needed to call 855-291-2595 immediately before he showed up at my work. GET A LIFE PEOPLE!

Wow sounds like you guys are taking out loans and not paying them back!!! You should be locked up under the jail.. Stop taking money and pay on what you o! And always know that you do have 3 credit reports

Yeah they called themselves progressive and associates. Asked them where they we based out of and they told me spokane washington but she was calling from the east coast. They said I took a loan in 2010. I asked her for the name of the investtor and she said she didnt know. What is the deal with this company are they legit?  Cause I cant find anything online about them

I keep getting a call from Michael. He says he's from Dean Reid calling from the number 855-204-7176...
Says he needs to get ahold of me and has harassed my in laws and parents... My mother in law got on the phone with them they wanted to know if me and my fiance are getting married said they saw us under a Bed Bath and Beyond wedding registry... She said no then they told her that they have spoken with my parents and uncle when i don't even have any uncles that know anything about me... They also called my fiance he picked up asked who was calling and why they were calling they would not give any information and asked what his name was he then told them that he does not have to give them any of his information they then told him he was stupid, ignorant and also asked if he smoked weed before he could say anything they hung up on him... Has anyone else gotten any of these calls from these people I've tried looking them up but nothing is coming up for them... Please help!!!! i would really be grateful :) When i call this 8552912595 its the same company as the one that has been calling me...

I've gotten two calls from a Jonathan Howard, left this number to call back regarding fraudulent activity and formal complaint about a family member. I contacted this number this morning, spoke to a "Miss Williams" who said she was unable to provide me with any information regarding this complaint unless I provided her with my family member's social security number.  She said she had it in front of her but was not allowed "by law" to speak w/me.  I told her that since the messages were left on MY phone, I had every right.  I told her to stop calling and she said "by law" they had a right to call up to 10 times.  I asked her the name of the company, Progressive what and she hung up on me.

So i picked up when they called the next asked to get verification of my debt, also asked for this new guys name ryan reid and a phone number my attorney could reach him... the guy never gave me a phone number but instead said good your gonna need a lawyer at court... then he said he would have a process server out that night at my door step i said good ill have a cop with me i then informed him that process servers do not inform when they are coming and in my state you have you have to be a sheriff idiots...he then hung up on me dont even break a sweat with these people completely fake...
