Called saying that I owe a debt, gave me a file number & said immediate action would be taken without my consent if I didn't call back. Number was private, call back number was 855-292-0120, I googled the number & no results showed up. They also contacted my brother. I never give out my families number

Same here they contacted my brother and when I called they said I am being sued by Sally Mae which is navient now and they couldn't mail me anything to prove just a email..

They called my boyfriend this morning looking for me, asked if he knew someone with my name, provided a birth date (that isn't mine), and then when he informed them that it was incorrect they hung up... I don't have any debts that I know of, so this seems pretty likely to be a scam. They also called me, left a voicemail, 855-292-0120; they stated that there was a complaint filed against me and that if I wasn't to contact them they'd be forced to make a decision on my behalf..

Blocked Caller ID. Woman named Rhonda Holly called looking for a relative. I asked what it pertained to and she said BA Associates was trying to track him down to give him documents he needs to sign for and to call them at 855-292-0120.

It sounded like a scam.
