Same number showed up on two different lines at the same time... definatley a telemarketer wants to sell something. Never buy from a telemarketer no matter how good the deal sounds ... if they didn't have sales there wouldn't be telemarketers.

Silence call.  I believe spammers are harvesting "active" numbers by using computer generated calls.  When you pick up your phone, they know your number is active.

Just got a call from this number...answered and I got a busy signal....go figure

Like the other folks here, we keep being called by this number and I have gotten the same 'phone lines are busy blah blah' that others have.
This number has called us 6 times just today.  It is constant.  When it just called again and I answered it, a person actually was on the other end.  Turns out it is a vendor sub contracted by VERIZON to get us to switch from Comcast.
Obviously I asked to be put on the do not call list.
If it calls again - I will call Verizon to complain and then the BBB.  I suggest you do the same.
