Called  as a 5/3 bank representative and said he sent out a summons for me.... complete lie

Called from unknown number wanting me to call this same number. Said it was a lawyer that had a court date for me. They even took the time to call a lot of my relatives to get me a message. I haven't called the number and not gonna.

Called threatening legal action if money was not sent immediately (2500.00) ..who the hell has that kind of money to send immediately. My lawyer says they are scam artists and there is a number you can call to be sure there is no bench warrant has been issued for you.

These people are scammers and should be hunted down like rabid dogs they are. Calling moms and threatening their child. I hope they get what they deserve.

Same, called from blocked number- threatened legal action blah blah. Said " you have been served" on my voicemail- last time I checked you can't serve via phone or via voicemail. They have also called several of my family members on this too. I have no outstanding debt or tickets so complete scam!

Called saying they are from 5/3 bank and  saying someone was coming to serve papers or be put in jail and go to court if I don't pay. Very rude and aggressive. Lawyer said scam.
